Managing Director, Terry Sage has been training people in one way or another for over 30 years in various disciplines.
He is a competent builder and fully qualified dive instructor with a passion for anything to do with boating, training, badminton, people, anything with an engine, the outdoors and so much more.
With his natural talent for listening and teaching, Terry was obviously born to do what he does now. His days are filled visiting clients on site, coaching, networking through BA5 events, BNI and promoting causes such as the Northland Business Excellence Awards and The Northland P Project.
Terry’s natural abilities combined with his many years of business ownership and development make him a superbly competent and inspiring coach.
Sonja Jelsma is the administration side of Business Coaching New Zealand and works behind the scenes with the numbers of the business as well as being the main caregiver to the couples two young children. She holds a degree in Japanese from the University of Auckland as well as certificates in Small Business Management and teaching English as a second language. She also teaches piano to children in the Tutukaka community and supports the local Whangarei theatre companies.
